ENDURE 1000m CHALLENGE

Ever climbed 1000m elevation in one single hike? Now's the chance!

Join us on Sunday 30th of November!

We’re taking on an (approx!) 20km hike, aiming to achieve 1000m elevation gain during this hike!

The route starts from sea level at Ghar Lapsi, and climbs up to around 250m elevation gain in 2.5km, to a radar station at Fawwara. 4 loops of this, and our goal will be achieved! ;)

The route is mostly cemented with some trail sections. Some great views are guaranteed. 👣

Start: Ta' Rita Restaurant, Lapsi (07:45am). Start at 8am!

What you can expect:

From Sea Level, to one of the highest points in Malta.

We will be doing 4 loops of 5km each, with around 250m of elevation gain in each one.

Pack light and let's go the distance! This hike is guaranteed to burn your quads and also boost your hiking confidence once done!

Trail Overview

The total hike will cover around 20km distance and 1000m of elevation gain. We aim to be ready in around 4-5 hours.

Terrain varies from flat cemented roads to light trails. Hiking or trail shoes are recommended.

Come prepared!

Bring some water and snacks - though pack light. We will be passing the start point after each loop, where you can also find some services like shops and toilets.

This is a very rewarding walk across Malta’s countryside.
