Service Description
This session will be an introductory mobility session where we will carry out a variety of dynamic and static exercises targeting the whole body which will leave you feeling rejuvenated and restored. This class is great for improving flexibility and mobility. The selection of poses and stretches will promote circulation and thus aid in releasing tension accumulated in the body and calm the mind. If required, modifications are provided to help you get the maximum benefit from each exercise.
Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings & Cancellations - Book in advance through our platform. - Cancel at least 12 hours before the session to avoid charges. - Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged or lose session credit. 2. Attendance - Arrive at least 5 minutes early. - If you're over 10 minutes late, entry may be denied and the session forfeited. 3. Payments & Refunds - Sessions must be prepaid. - No refunds unless canceled by Endure Fitness. - Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days. 4. Health & Safety - Ensure you're medically fit before participating. - Inform staff of injuries or health conditions. - Follow staff instructions at all times. 5. Liability - Participation is at your own risk. - Endure Fitness is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage on premises. 6. Changes - Terms may be updated at any time. - Updates will be shared on our website or via email.
